Frequently asked questions
Are the products GPP/CAM compliant for tenders?
We offer an eco line with products meeting the Minimum Environmental Criteria, useful in public tenders.
Do you have solutions suitable for school environments?
Yes, we offer safe and effective products for environments used by children, with complete technical and safety documentation.
What is the difference between cleaning, sanitising and disinfecting?
Cleaning removes visible soil, sanitising reduces the microbial load to levels considered safe, disinfecting cuts it down with a registered biocidal product. A school needs all three: detergent for daily cleaning, a registered disinfectant for washrooms and contact surfaces, and a more intensive periodic protocol. We supply the products for each step, with technical and safety data sheets.
Do you also provide the sanitising service?
No: Dipres is a distributor — we supply the products and equipment, we do not carry out the service. We do work with the cleaning companies operating in schools, and if useful we can put you in touch with one active in your area.
